Carly’s career began in the mental health field, before moving to the NHS to work in the Health Promotion Department, specialising in Smoking Cessation. She currently practices as a Life/Business Coach as well as writing for several newspapers and magazines.
She has a vast amount of knowledge in human behaviour and various experiences in motivation techniques and confidence building.
